The Tau Epsilon Chapter of Sigma has voted to include the Texas A&M-Central Texas School of Nursing as a sponsoring institution of higher education. 

The Board of Directors will now prepare the application for an At Large Chapter for submission to Sigma in February, 2026. We anticipate a Fall 2026 ceremony to celebrate our new status as an At Large Chapter.

What would this mean for our chapter?

1. We would have all institutions of higher education that offer the BSN degree in Bell County as sponsors of Tau Epsilon Chapter #435.

2. We would be able to offer more programs/events in the Killeen area.
